How to Measure
The measuring tape should fit comfortably around your waist and remain at the same height along the entire circumference.
When taking the measurement, make sure to breathe normally so the fit feels natural and comfortable.
Tips
Your body measurement should align with the range between the second and third holes of the belt, as detailed in the table.
If you plan to wear it loosely or over thicker garments, we recommend choosing one size up.

The first and second holes provide a progressively tighter fit.

The third and fourth holes offer a balanced fit that allows you to move and breathe freely.

The fifth and sixth holes provide a looser fit, ideal for layering over thicker garments.
