Order & Delivery

What does "Made to Order" mean?

Made to Order means that items are produced only after the order is received, allowing customization of finishes and colors. Production times are indicated on the product page.

What does "Preorder" mean?

Preordering allows you to purchase an item before it goes into production, at a discounted price and offering personalization options. Preorder waiting times are longer than Made to Order, usually between 2 and 3 months.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Each piece is handcrafted with great attention to detail and customized to your specifications. Production takes approximately 14 working days, followed by the delivery time indicated when placing your order. Production times may vary depending on the product, and in some cases, the order may be completed earlier than expected. We will inform you of any delays, and we will work to find a solution if necessary.

Can I receive my order by a specific date?

If you need to receive the product by a certain date, please contact us through our contact us page. We will do our best to meet your request.

Sizing & Customisation

How do I choose the right size?

We provide size guides, diagrams, and videos to help you make the right choice. We recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our size chart to find the best fit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@traversi-studio.com

Can I customize an existing product?

All our items, except for archive pieces, are customizable. If you want additional modifications, please contact us at info@traversi-studio.com, and we will work with you to create a unique and special piece.

Can I customize a clothing item?

Yes, we offer the possibility to customize our garments in terms of length, fabric, and specific details. Customizations must be agreed upon before placing the order.

Shipping & Packaging

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship worldwide, except to countries with trade restrictions or sanctions. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

What is your packaging made of?

Our packaging is plastic-free, made from recycled cardboard, and wrapped in biodegradable material.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, each item is delivered in a cotton dustbag with our logo. If you would like gift packaging, please indicate this in your order notes, and we will make the package even more special. We offer additional customization options, such as personalized messages or special packaging. Please provide the details in the order notes or contact us at info@traversi-studio.com

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to the courier’s website to monitor your shipment.

How do I use a coupon code?

Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon" box at checkout. Welcome coupon codes can only be used for your first order.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges only for manufacturing defects or sizing errors. Products can be returned within 14 business days, following the conditions outlined in our returns policy.

How do I return a defective product? 

If you have received a defective item, contact us immediately at info@traversi-studio.com, including your order number and photos of the defect. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.

What happens if the item doesn’t fit me?

In case of an error with the size or fit, you can contact us within 7 working days from delivery. We will assess whether to proceed with an adjustment or an exchange, depending on the situation.

What kind of leather do you use in your products?

The Castigo collection items are made from Tuscan leather certified by "Consorzio Vera Pelle Conciata al Vegetale," with a numbered certificate of authenticity.

The Traversi collection uses deadstock fabrics sourced from luxury Italian manufacturers with a focus on circular economy principles.

Is your leather eco-friendly?

Yes, our leather is processed in an environmentally responsible way, with respect for both people and the planet. We are committed to ensuring ethical and sustainable practices throughout our production process.

Does leather change color over time?

Yes, vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material that can darken or develop a patina with use and exposure to light, while always retaining its quality and beauty.

What is Traversi Studio?

Traversi Studio is an Italian brand that blends craftsmanship and innovation in the creation of total looks. The company is distinguished by two main lines:

  • Traversi: the clothing brand that combines sartorial tradition and sustainability.
  • Castigo: the brand specializing in the creation of high-quality leather accessories, merging refined aesthetics with functionality. Both lines reflect a commitment to ethical production and attention to detail. We operate in Italy, in our atelier near Milan. Our entire supply chain is based in Italy, and we collaborate with responsible companies.

How is Traversi clothing made?

Each garment is handcrafted in our atelier near Milan, using high-quality materials and respecting the specifications requested by our clients.Certain products that require specialized techniques may be outsourced to local companies or artisans.

How are Castigo accessories made?

All our leather accessories are handmade in our atelier using vegetable-tanned leather from certified Italian tanneries.
