Shipping policy
1 - Delivery
Our products are handcrafted to order, using high-quality materials and tailored to the customer's specifications. Production takes approximately 14 business days from the confirmation of payment and verification of the shipping address. The items will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. In case of delays, especially during holiday periods, we will promptly inform you to ensure timely updates.
2 - Shipping costs on purchase
Shipping is free for orders over €100 for domestic deliveries.
For shipments within the EU, shipping is free for orders over €500, excluding any import duties and taxes that we cannot predict (see point 3).
For countries outside the EU, shipping costs will be covered by the customer, including those outlined in point 4.
3 - Return costs and refund
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the value of the merchandise will be refunded, excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes or customs duties.
4 - Import duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties or additional taxes may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary depending on the regulations of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for further information before placing an order. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.
5 - Return costs and refund - Non-EU countries
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the value of the merchandise will be refunded, excluding customs duties and VAT.
6 - Refundable products
Our products are made to order and thus personalized by color and components. We only accept returns for manufacturing defects not communicated at the time of purchase (archival products) and therefore justified by a fair discount. If you believe something is wrong despite our return policy, we are happy to evaluate each case individually to ensure your satisfaction, within the limits and respect for everyone's work.
Return requests must follow our procedure, which may require a defect description paired with photographic documentation. Intimate items like panties are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
7 - Returns - Made to Order, Preorder
We only accept returns or exchanges in case of manufacturing defects or size errors. Each product is personally crafted in our atelier and carefully inspected before shipping. However, in the rare event of defects, we offer a repair or replacement service. In these cases, products may be returned within 14 business days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The return must be communicated via email to info@traversi-studio.com within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- The return must be approved by us via email within 7 business days of receiving the return request.
- Return procedures must be agreed upon with us and followed as instructed.
- Returns that do not comply with the instructions or incur customs fees will not be accepted.
- Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The returned product must be new, unused, complete with labels and original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for products intentionally damaged or misused. Each return will undergo a quality check to verify the condition of the product. If we confirm the defect, we will proceed with a size exchange, replacement, or issuance of a discount voucher of equal value, valid for 2 years, instead of a monetary refund. This approach helps reduce the risk of abuse in the return process.
8 - Returns - Archive Products
Archive products, offered at discounted prices due to minor defects or because they were used during photo shoots, are not eligible for returns unless defects not mentioned at the time of purchase are present. In such cases:
- The return must be communicated via email to info@traversi-studio.com within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- The return must be approved by us via email within 7 business days of receiving the return request.
- Return procedures must be agreed upon with us and followed as instructed.
- Returns that do not comply with the instructions or incur customs fees will not be accepted.

9 - Returns - Bespoke Products
Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for bespoke products. However, we are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction. If an error occurs on our part during order processing, we will carry out the necessary checks. In case of confirmation, we will provide you with a discount voucher equivalent to the value of the purchased goods.
10 - Wrong size
We always recommend following our size guide (link) and contacting us at info@traversi-studio.com in case of doubts. Size exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. In general, it will not be possible to return bespoke accessory items. For clothing, our return policy leaves room for case-by-case evaluation, and - except for personalized and bespoke items - a size exchange is possible, following the general conditions.
11 - Damaged item received
If the product you purchased is defective, contact us as soon as possible to receive a free replacement and return the damaged item. Write to info@traversi-studio.com specifying the order number and attaching a photo of the issue encountered.
12 - Our Quality Control
We take pride in our work and providing high-quality products to our customers. To ensure this, we document the condition of each item with photos and videos at the time of order fulfillment. Each product has a progressive warranty code, making it easy to identify precisely. Upon receiving the return, we will check the conformity of the product's condition compared to its recorded state at packaging and before shipment. The company has the legal right to refuse returns if intentional damage is suspected. The return will only be approved after our checks, and you will be notified within 7 business days, excluding holidays.
13 - Refund time
Once we receive the return, we will check the condition of the items and proceed with the refund if approved. It may take up to 7 calendar days to receive the refund on the original payment method from the time we receive the package. Refund delays may also depend on banking circuits, and any bank fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
14 - Return an item purchased with gift card
Returned items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded onto the Gift Card. Please keep your Gift Card until you are sure you are satisfied with your order. If the cost was split between the Gift Card and another payment method, we will refund the same amount on the respective methods.
15 - Repair service
We offer a repair service for our items. Each request will be evaluated and quoted on a case-by-case basis. The shipping costs for the repair are the customer's responsibility, while those for returning the repaired item are on us for national shipments. For international shipments, the costs will be borne by the customer.
